After weeks of speculations, Bethesda officially revealed The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered on April 22 and released it at the same moment. The game is available on all platforms bar Switch for $49.99 / €54,99, or as part of Xbox Game Pass.

The developer Virtuos fully remade the nearly 20-year-old game in Unreal Engine 5, explaining the 115 GB download. The remastered runs at 4K resolution and 60 fps, but also added more meaningful improvements from leveling, animation to character creation.
