Annapurna Interactive – Whole Gaming Staff Resigns

Following failed talks with the parent company, the studio boss and the entire staff leaves Annapurna Interactive.

The wave of resignations hit after the CEO of Annapurna Megan Ellison stopped talks on making the video game division a independent company from the parent company. As a result, studio boss Nathan Gary and all 25 members collectively quit.

After these news many developers, who are working with Annapurna Interactive, worried about their projects. However, Annapurna has promised to fulfil existing contracts with their partners and replace the staff.

Annapurna Interactive is a video game publisher founded in 2016. They are well-known for publishing popular titles like Stray, What Remains of Edith Finch as well as Outer Wilds.
